I'm so happy to be a part of a 52 week project with 30 other extremely talented photographers across the country.  Every week we're assigned a photo "assignment", which is a simple word.  We have the week to challenge ourselves and capture moments and situations that "speak" that word to us.

Without telling you what our word of the week was (before seeing the pictures), here are a couple shots of my pooch, Peggy Sue.  I took these on the day last week that we actually had some snowfall.  I felt they described our word to a "T"

A few shots from my most recent newborn photography shoot.  Baby "C" was 5 weeks old.... a little bit older than the norm for newborn shots, but she did a great job!  She was awake and alert for almost the whole shoot, but we really needed to show off those baby blue eyes :)
